Kee•Kee

Born and raised on the Eastside of Jackson, Tennessee Kee•Kee was brought up in a musical family.

Listening to her mother sing Soul, the Blues, and R&B along with being a sponge watching her uncle play the harmonica, drums, and guitar, she knew music was her calling. This allowed her to be a lover of all genres of music, especially music from the South.

In the 5th grade, she discovered she was good at writing poetry. It was a way to express herself and her feelings in a different way to others. This helped Kee Kee find her flow, delivery, passion, the importance of wordplay, and songwriting capabilities.
